Forum Support Mike J Posted January 21, 2016 Forum Support Posted January 21, 2016 When I got my PH driver license two years ago, an older gentleman waved my wife and I forward from in front of the "issue desk". He took us aside, leaned in close, and quietly said; "We are out of the plastic to make new driver license so I am giving you a temporary and we will mail you the license when we get more plastic.
