Soupdragon1973 Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 I plan to marry in April, going to her hometown. I know what we need but I read the marriage licence takes 10 days to get. Is that 10 working days, or an actual 10 days? Also I am British, is the certificate of no impediment from here in UK suffice to get married or do I need to exchange it for one in the embassy in Manila? One last question... The paper from your embassy works like the cenomar. I got mine from the US Consulate. (unless they changed the rules again - which is quite common.
