ABS-CBN just announced that a German Tourist jumped from the 3rd floor of SM here in Bacolod today and landed on the ground floor inside the mall .... he apparently is alive at the time they took him to the ambulance .... no other info is available except he was in his forties .... more info as I get it .... The author of that article ought to write books! 2. The police report, he did that before or after he jumped? 3. Malls keep count of incidents. This one was virgin. 4.
