stevewool Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 For many folk being on here is a relaxing thing, we have a good old chat even a good moan about this and that and there may even be the odd good idea floating around too, But this weekend the forum was being fixed so did you miss it , did it cause you pain or did you just go out and do something new, maybe it brought you and your partner closer by talking to each other because we was not here to talk too, I have said before its a great place to come and talk or just come to read what someone is saying and i did not realize how many forums are out there when i did try to find this one , Well i must admit my garden looks great and thats all down to this forum , NOT BEING HERE THIS WEEKEND , Thanks Boss 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mogo51 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 It was rather strange to have a couple of days off the forum, but am glad we are up and running again. Did I miss the forum, I suppose I did, but I never let it get in the way of time with my SO. I am not that insecure that I need a 'forum fix'. Oh, on Sunday we went to a great new restaurant in East Pattaya (aka dark side) and had a great Roast Lunch, pork, with crackling, gravy, 6 different veges, all beautifully present, great waitressing staff, 180bht (250p), air con and a good company. i am bob Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 hmmm... let's see... after working friday night to 11 pm, i was back up saturday morning at 1:30 to catch the blue jays doing the grapefruit league specials... worked the whole time until i saw the love of my life was online around 8 am... chatted for an hour or so... back to work... around 3 pm i took a break and went for a walk... back an hour later and, naturally back to the books... chatted with the love of my life again from 7 to 10 pm and then to bed... this is pretty well my normal schedule... hehe! except for sunday... i couldn't wake up! slept until 8:30, had a shower and back to bed until 5 pm... had a sandwich and back to bed... woke up around 8 pm... saw the love of my life online for 20 minutes and back to bed... slept until 6 am monday morning... weird...! so, i guess between working and sleeping...? i didn't really get a chance to miss the forum... 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I must have the railroad in my blood (father & grandfather worked for Union Pacific)... because I'm always on the straight and narrow-my job deals with inter modal transportation and...oh yea...also my ex turned out to be a train wreck. expatuk2014 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Well after looking at cars on various sites we went out and have ordered a Suzuki Ertiga ! it was going to be a Toyota Wigo or a Suzuki APV but the dealer never had one in the showroom so we ended up with the Ertiga, cheaper but just as good for our needs, just waiting now for the banks ok. isnt it nice being surrounded by young female sales staff still the wife may be getting the white car she wanted !! me ?
