Robinsons Faulty goods Problems

Hi guys and gals,

 if your wife is like mine she is forever changing curtains and moving furniture around.

As it was just after Xmas the little woman decided she wanted some new nets !

so off we go to the local Robinsons dept store ( for the points ):smile: and we buy some net curtains

bill came to around 4000 php  .

then its time to change them again and wash them ! ( by hand ) and the design begins to come off !

she not very happy ! of we go to Robinsons ( they know us there as the we buy a lot of things from there )

Trainers-socks-etc. and handyman as well and on a average we spend 

the sales staff were very apologetic and took photos of the curtains and said someone would phone later.

And a guy phones he would not speak to me ! as the purchase was in the wifes name !

my wife explained how she washed the curtains etc etc and after a long chat he just hung up !!:biggrin:

so as far as Robinsons are concerned that is that !

but we shall see what an email to head office does !

If you didn't pay by credit card where you could dispute the charge, I believe Robinson's probably feels the situation is resolved because they still have your money.
