We got our papers all Red Ribboned from DHL today. It took them exactly 2 weeks to have them shipped Iloilo-Manila, red ribboned in Manila and shipped back Manila-Iloilo. They are on their way to Estonia now with DHL so my mom can certify them in The Foreign Ministery of Estonia.
