UK PENSIONS PROOF OF LIFE FORMS

hi all, just thought I would let you know that the UK pension service has been sending out " Proof of life forms "

that have to be filled in to prove we are still living ! we never got ours ! and it was posted in January ! 

hence the wifes UK pension was stopped ! After phoning them they are going to email us the forms 

and we will send them back by lbc !

NOTE --UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THE FORM DULY WITNESSED BY SOMEONE SUCH AS A DENTIST-BANK MANAGER ETC

THEY WILL ASSUME YOU ARE NO LONGER LIVING !! SO IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED A FORM i ADVISE YOU TO PHONE THEM !

WE PHONED THEM FOR FREE USING THE TAP4CALL APP ON OUR MOBILES .

IF YOU PHONE THEM ASK THEM TO CALL YOU BACK !! WHICH THEY WILL DO RIGHT AWAY !

forms arrived by email duly downloaded and printed ! and off to get them signed

silly me ! first we went to the local lawyer we always use ! he had never seen one before so he declined !

Then to a local notary he declined ! then to our Bank manager She had never seen one either she declined !

she suggested we tell the UK pension service it would be best for all expats could visit the UK embassy in manila !!

 ( What a good idea  ) however this was how it used to be 

little woman getting rather annoyed now with the UK pension service !

in the end we got our Nephew ( a Dentist ) to ask if any of his friendly Dentists would sign it for us !

problem solved ! will be sorted by 11am tommorow !

then its off to LBC to get them sent to the UK !

 For goodness sake, they are only Witnessing a signature and proving it is you that they are talking to.

My Barangay captain does mine and it falls into the category of accepted persons.

Again, there is no point replying to an Email notification as it gets sent to me rather than the person quoting your post. It is a notification only. Jack has not seen your reply.
