It was grocery day, and having drawn the short straw, I caught a tricycle and headed down to the city. Except for being out of stock on both brown beans and jalapenos, it was a relatively painless and successful outing and I made my way back home. Unloading the food, I realized the kilo of ground beef was missing, and immediately assumed the worst. Wife could see the steam starting to pour out of my ears, as I pondered where my beef might be and considered my options of reclaiming it. She would go back to the store and retrieve it, she said, as she was headed to a nearby church anyways. As it turned out, the clerks had set the meat under the counter while bagging everything else, and then forgotten about it. I never noticed as I was busy piling all the food on the counter. But wife said they were apologetic and professional about it, didn't blame me, returned the beef to wife, and all ended well. I got my Sunday beef nachos, after all. Anyways, that's my report of a positive experience with customer service. It's not all negative here...it just seems like it sometimes. 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No beef, just relating a rare good experience I had with customer service. I often get accused of being negative, so you should be enthusiastic when I post something positive.
