The place where expats routinely meet and hangout is the Red Lion Pub located on Leonard Wood Rd across from Teachers Camp. Most likely time to meet other expats is between 5-7PM any day of the week. I lived in Baguio for 2 years but moved back to the USA Feb of 2015.
