I think that should be sufficient. I have sent remittances to the Philippines from China before with just this level of information plus a way of sending the transaction payment code (MTCN) to the receiver. Am just looking back through my old files to confirm my memory is correct. The receiver is able to collect the remittance at any WU agent. They need to know the MTCN, the name and location of the sender and the amount sent.

OK, thanks JGF, that is what I needed to know and thanks for removing the personal info.  I will post a plan shortly.  Also, I reached out to Chris's daughter in the U.S., and she ok'd the crowd funding effort.  They are also trying to raise immediate money for the funeral.
