Popular Post AlwaysRt Posted February 7, 2017 Popular Post Posted February 7, 2017 I made it!!! - Well sorta For some reason I was thinking the time was 11am so I took my bike in for service at 8am to GUD (south - across from the Shell station by True Love Cafe area). Then walked downtown hitting motorcycle dealers along the way ending up at the Best Practice dealer Dave likes. Du Ek Sam ends up the only place I can get a XR150L anytime soon. Also walked to BI to ask a question, figured out the time was 1pm, not 11am, and got something to eat. Still 1 1/2 hours early, sat down on the boulevard and watched the waves and the clouds coming in from Cebu. 12:45, with my back (and new blisters on my feet) killing me I went by Coco's. Saw 3 solo guys there, thought one might look familiar from posted photos but looked too young and I hurt to much to play the do I know you game. Crawled (ok, walked - very slowly) back to get my bike from GUD, went home for meds, aircon, shower, and bed. So for me, next time, the 3rd time (probably more like 13th time, the 1st time being an invite to a gathering 2 days before I got here - just over a year ago) should be the charm. 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
