Makes you wonder where all wires are going.  :hystery:

Do you know that they (The Line Engineers) are actually 85% sure of this

With the internet cables here, when one is damaged, they don't replace it but just add another one leaving the old one still on the poles, same as for street lights, just add a new one. "Well, he told me to put in a new one....he didn't tell me to remove the old one."

I am watching the TV and the power went off for about 30 seconds 30 minutes ago. 10 minutes ago the same thing.I looked outside and the workers in next door had hot wired their welder into my meter.I went out and told them to stop and they did. buggers.Hope fully it wont cost too much extra as I do believe it was a mistake and I don`t want to bother my LL as he is very ill.Now I know how easy it is to hot wire a meter I will keep a closer on it.

10/10 for their ingenuity Kev.

I have been waiting for some Pinoys to figure put that by dressing as an electric worker, and climbing the pole to check the disconnected wires only, they can pull them out and scrap them and make a daily salary going from pole to pole, area to area and as long as they only take cut wires, they stand little chance of a complaint.  :th_thbarbaque: of course.... pick the wrong wire......
