I believe this is already legal in California. They use the phrase, "Physician Assisted." Nearly 200 persons availed to this method last year.

Is the first choice on the feedback form. The second question is "Has your quality of life improved since the procedure?" So far no feedback forms have been returned...
Popular Post There's-a-chance. Posted July 18, 2017 Popular Post Posted July 18, 2017 On 7/15/2017 at 7:01 PM, Balisidar said: Hi all, So as the time 'till my retirement gets closer and closer I've done a lot of thinking about how I will be spending my time. I've always thought that you need a plan to avoid possible boredom. I've seen many retirees die pretty quickly after retiring and I've often wondered why. Balisidar hello, I am certain that retirement takes planning and a flexible frame of mind. One thing is certain in life, circumstances change with none or very little warning. Many of my pals checked-out not long after they retired and some before. Why, to me is a conundrum of perhaps their life styles and pressures. What's more some of my pals looked towards retirement with the dread of losing their daily freedom. I decided to retire as early as I could and forego the extra financial gratuity, no pockets in a shroud! So retiring and moving to the sun was what I wanted and did aged 55. My options here in Cyprus at that time of the day seemed a bit limited, sit around my pool all day and then join the other ex-pats at the four o/clock drinking club were not for me. My son who was living here then was asked by a newly arrived ex-pat where could she find someone reliable to plan and landscape her building site like garden. Based on what I'd done to our gardens in the UK he put his old Dads name forward. Lucky me, I thought with an air of resignation, she'd been conned by a couple of unscrupulous guys and I took the project on more or less just to help her. I really enjoyed it and realised that although I needed to retire from my altogether different line of work in the UK I was not ready to retire per se. In a nut shell that one project lead to five years of other projects by way of recommendations. At that point in time I wanted to retire and do just what I wanted. I'd bought some rural land years before, still not ready for pool-side and the ex-pats drinking club I decided to cultivate it, which is where I am now. Just for me, I have put about thirty thousand words to paper, just another forty of fifty thousand to go! I coach rugby and get out and about with my pretty little Philippina. Now here's the flexible frame of mind bit, I know that in a couple of years I will not want to climb, harvest and prune five metre high olive trees or roll around on the ground with a rugby ball and sweaty players. I am now looking forward to my next phase of retirement with great pleasure. It is still under wraps, me and she who must be obeyed have settled on what we want, which will include some pool side and travel. So phase four coming up, will there be a phase five, who knows, probably, let us just live in the hope that circumstances as yet unfurled will be kind. I wish you and yours the same Balisidar.
