I’ve stayed at Strawberry Residences a few times, nice and good location as well as Kiwi Lodge (they have 2 or 3 two BR fully furnished rooms there as well as regular type hotel rooms), Tancor 1 (Mabolo) and recently in Winland Towers (older building). Can’t say anything really bad about any of them, each had their own pros and cons. Sesrch the site as others as well as me have posted info about longstay places. 30-35k monthly basically one person. The Diplomat is on Ramos and its one of my favorite places to stay.. There are a few places close to there that are quite new and I'd surely stay in one of them. The area is close enough to Colon or to Fuentes Circle/Mango Bars to walk to either and its only a short taxi ride (or a one hour walk) to Ayala and then IT Park. Do you want to walk out of a condo building, walk across the road or anywhere in 5 minutes walk for a lot of places to eat? Close to Ayala or anywhere for that matter? My suggestion is to search Airbnb for Avida Towers IT park. I stayed at City Suites condos next to Diplomat. The walk to Robinson's for example is nice if you like beggars accosting you all the time or freelancers crossing the road to walk with you and all this just in Ramos before getting to Fuentes or Mango. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
