It is the revised date notice for Negros area of Noreco II Brown out brought about by the National Grid Mainly for the Dumaguete Area members advice So as it says with the Areas affected 6am to 6pm Total brownout on Saturday the 26th May

That's just looney.  8 hours and the food in the ref is still cold enough.  12 hours and there goes the groceries.

Sorry mate, Noreco keep it to 8am to 5pm (usually shorter) But national are responsible for this one :unsure:

yes its true.. my trees yield me a fine sum. i dont even have to pick them.
