It is the revised date notice for Negros area of Noreco II Brown out brought about by the National Grid Mainly for the Dumaguete Area members advice So as it says with the Areas affected 6am to 6pm Total brownout on Saturday the 26th May

Sorry mate, Noreco keep it to 8am to 5pm (usually shorter) But national are responsible for this one
