I have done that.  If that is working for you then great.  I would not do it constantly as the expense vs budget does not work for me.  But if the delivered water was giving me stomach problems I would do as you do.

My wife and I have two Water Stations now and we use a deep well and multiple filtration systems to ensure the safest and best product for our customers. We have European Standards and carry out daily checks of our water. Our business is growing not only because we can slightly, without insult, undercut our competition, as I am still overseas working, but because of the quality.

And we sterilize our bottles. By the way I have worked in Iraq for 5 years and UAE for 10 and the biggest cause of poising is from people using the same water bottle to refill and not cleaning the opening and in homes people using water dispensers and thinking the outlets never get dirty. Think about it? Your fingers touch it, your bottle touches it et. etc.
