Yes. We were very concerned at first. We talked to our provider extensively. First they overnighted the card (in reality it took 4 days) and it kame by special (DHL I think) courier. A few days later the activation code kame in the same way. We were told that if the card was not activated (using all our secret codes and handshakes lol) with in two weeks of mailing, the card would be permanently inactivated and they would try again. Worked like a charm in our case.

When I used a mail scanning/forwarding service, in 2 years I only had 2 things which were important enough and needed to be physically forwarded to me. In those cases I chose FedEx to make sure they arrived. One was a credit card, can't remember what the other was.
