Dave Hounddriver Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 Yes, and its melted, gooey, sweet cheese rather than a nice firm slice of cheddar. Another thing to watch for, the locally produced, cheap cheddar does not melt. I've tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich with it and it gets hot but does not melt. I don`t want cheese on all my food but it seems to be the norm in most places around here.I see a recipe online and the killer is wack in some cheese no thanks sometimes I don`t want cheese. Yeah, actually it seems to be one of the favorites among the kids here. Cheese or melon are the most requested at our parties. I have tried to explain to my wife that if the butter or cheese do not need refrigeration... they are NOT butter or cheese ha ha It took forever but she finally tried my Lee & Perrin's Worcestershire sauce.
