Jake, I don't know the stats but I think the rate is low.  We have had a few burglaries in the neighborhoods but I have never heard of any street crime or robberies in the business areas.

Can I post a link to Rappler?  I have seen Rappler posted before.  This is a follow on to the original article, and I guess the PNP made a mistake when they read a chart, thus listing Olongapo in the top 5.  Olongapo is actually quite low in the chart in this article:
