Silvester Posted August 31, 2018 Posted August 31, 2018 I think Pampanga may be a better option to live in rather than Manila due to Manila being too congested. Plus Pampanga has easy access to Clark International Airport and North Luzon Express Way. Not to mention the lesser road traffic it has. Although it's not as expensive as Manila, i find myself spending more for the extracurricular activities. I find myself always returning on my Philippine trips.
