Christmas Greetings

I was at the grocery store today and there were no carols playing... not sure what is wrong there.

I was at hairdressers yesterday, and the Filipino staff members (excluding the Japanese owner and a few other Japanese staff) heard the first Christmas carol over the mall loud speakers and collectively wished all a "Merry Christmas"!  I must have gone native, because for the first time I felt the same way as they did!    Maybe I was just happy to be there.

It may be my imagination but whenever I hear a Filipino say that I feel a hand coming out for a Christmas tip.

My wife is coming to the Phils the beginning of October whilst I mountain biking in Peru. She will be putting the tree up for mama so that it's not wrecked.

Ahh, Molson, tipped back quite a few of those when I lived upstate NY for 4 years.
