So... while in Manila this time I managed to video Exactly where I have got my ECC several times and give a couple pointers. Yes but just flew in and out of NAIA Terminal 3 last week so that's all the video I have. I have described how to find the Cashier's desk before but thought people would feel more comfortable actually seeing it. Not sure how the new terminal at Mactan has rearranged the 'where', I would not think (my opinion) the ability to get it there has changed though.
