Better get some candles then just in case it takes longer , I know its unlike the guys in the Phil's to underestimate the lenght of time for a job 

They must be altering the main supply for it to take that long

No need to, Noreco 2 are punctual if they say 5 pm, usually on time.

Last time I had to deal with a mains power failure ,the guys had been trying to sort it for 14 hours ,I got an apologetic phone call at 3am asking me to attend ,it was at a hospital and by the time I got there the ambulances were queuing up to evacuate the patients 

Being a smug smart barsteward I fixed it in 45 mins

This is planned work so estimated finish time is different than a brownout.
