You can keep extending up to 36 months.

Just make sure you do the extensions before the current one expires, as others have mentioned.

There are plenty of hotels, travel agents, etc, who will do the legwork for you for a small charge.

they used to give a stamp in your passport but this time was given a slip of paper, stapled in to my passport and told to make sure I DO NOT LOSE  AND LEAVE IN MY PASSPORT, something new, maybe they ran out of stamps like the run out of plastic here for driving licence.

Been like that for months in the city office. Why they could not find the old stamp for stamping I dont know.

Same in Dipilog City. They had my passport for 3 weeks this time over Xmas holidays. I had a 2 month extension, the next extension they said i could have a 4 month extension. I was told by other xpats that I would have to go to Cebu if I wanted more than a 2 month-to 6 month, guess they just must have changed it here.

13,900 peso according to the BOI website.

http://www.immigration.gov.ph/visa-requirements/non-immigrant-visa/temporary-visitor-visa/long-stay-visitor-visa-extension-lsvve

I do not know if that would allow multiple entry without starting a new 30 day stay.
