rgetty Posted March 4, 2019 Posted March 4, 2019 Hi, Guys I just found your site and look forward to reading and contributing when I can. Currently, I am in Palawan and will head to HK in June. I'm looking for someone in Manila to get my ECC done for me so I don't waste 3 days there I went to Cebu last time but I don't feel like doing that again and they don't do it in Puerto Princesa. I do have 2 people but they are half useless and will not respond to questions I have asked them. If anyone knows of someone in Manila that does this kind of immigration stuff please let me know. Even when I was on a tourist visa I have never had fingerprints taken for an exit clearance. Snowy79 Posted March 5, 2019 Posted March 5, 2019 The last one I did was only last month. I required two 2x2 passport photos and copies of my bio data from my passport. Copy of initial entry stamp and ACR card. Filled in a form, handed over 500 peso and got my certificate the next day. All this was done at a satellite immigration office.
