Hi, Guys I just found your site and look forward to reading and contributing when I can.

Currently, I am in Palawan and will head to HK in June. I'm looking for someone in Manila to get my ECC done for me so I don't waste 3 days there I went to Cebu last time but I don't feel like doing that again and they don't do it in Puerto Princesa. I do have 2 people but they are half useless and will not respond to questions I have asked them. If anyone knows of someone in Manila that does this kind of immigration stuff please let me know.

Thanks

Rob

Probably not, because between the two of them they would be completely useless!

Agree.  Hard to do fingerprints if you are not there.

Even when I was on a tourist visa I have never had fingerprints taken for an exit clearance. Is this a new thing or were they just glad to get rid of me!

The last one I did was only last month. I required two 2x2 passport photos and copies of my bio data from my passport. Copy of initial entry stamp and ACR card. Filled in a form, handed over 500 peso and got my certificate the next day.  All this was done at a satellite immigration office.
