Your Filipina wife or GF have a temper?

I've just caught up with this thread and it's giving me a bit of a chuckle.  I'm sure, like the Nepalise Sherpa having additional chromosones that make them suitable for high altitude the Filipina has some for mood swings for no apparent reason.

I used to think it's my choice in women but I've had  variety of girls from different backgrounds and education standards and theres a recurring theme.  Even my son who has only visited the Philippines asks me what it is with the women here?

I'm begining to understand why Filipino men get a bad rep for hiting the Red Horse and hanging out with their mates all day.  I've got to the stage where  I wake up and just say to my partner " Good morning, what do you want to argue about today?"  :whistling:

Wife and what shall we fight about.jpg :hystery:  :58:

I found the Spanish and Portuguese Ladies the same i wonder if it is the Latino Blood?

I wonder if we have members with Latin America knowledge to add?

Ex wife was Venezuelan (I am of latin american stock too). Way more domineering and bad tempered than my current (Filipina) wife.

If you want to see bad tempers, you should meet some of my female relatives.

Glad I got a peaceful one this time. I can get set off, my self. She's never given me cause to. I don't like to get ordered around.

SWMBO doesn’t get yelling angry or muttering in Cebuano angry, but occasionally I get the silent Tampo treatment.

Most times it is a challenge working out what I’m supposed to have done wrong, so I tend just to give her some time and space and most times she’ll eventually talk to me about it.  Sometimes it’s just language misunderstandings too.

One of the reasons I always liked Hank Williams Sr...... a few lines from his song "I'm A Long Gone Daddy"

....I been in the doghouse so doggone long
That when I get a kiss I think that something's wrong
I'm leaving now, I'm leaving now
I'm a long gone daddy, I don't need you anyhow
I'll go find a gal that wants to treat me right
You go get yourself a man that wants to fight
I'm leaving now, I'm leaving now
I'm a long gone daddy, I don't need you anyhow

I wish she did have a temper....rather than just going quiet.

Then I'd have some warning about the approaching meat cleaver.

Yes I agree, the silent treatment and you have no idea what you have done said when where and how .
