That is in line with what I saw 4 years ago in Baguio. New condo prices were approximately 100k pesos per sqm. Seems that price at that time was pretty common across most larger cities in the Philippines.

Hi. Thanks for your comments. That is very interesting to learn.

However, this thread was started by Jack Peterson regarding some issues he was having with his daughter and some of us got off topic into real estate somehow. So I suggest we consider starting a new thread if you, me and others are interested to continue the real estate discussion? There definitely seems to be some interest in this here. I look forward to that...
