Who needs a Hotel when you got one of these? mind you not a lot of use in Dumaguete, Where would you park it?;

Very nice indeed, being on a touring holiday up in Scotland the amount of motorhomes you se Ed is amazing, from the small day vans to the twin axle larger vans all look great and it does make you think it would be nice just parking up anywhere for a few days then move on again, but there are that many signs everywhere you go up here ‘ No overnight camping’ .

And the night rate on a park would be frightening. Probably cheaper in a B & B.

Still in Scotland, only for a day or two, then it’s back to Derbyshire for a few weeks then it’s Austria and Italy, then it’s France and then Spain and then the Philippines, and now breath..

On the other hand, how many hotel suites can you stay in if you saved the cost of those road beasts.  Prices start at about $100,000 and go to a million or more for deluxe or custom models.  And then you have the cost of fuel, maintenance, insurance, camp spot fees, parking/storage fees when not in use, etc.

I am reminded of the old saying about owning a boat; "The two best days of my life were the day I bought my boat, and the day I was finally able to sell the damn thing."
