It's kinda like the people that live next to rivers throwing their garbage into it knowing that the next heavy rain will make it just "disappear" out of sight out of mind!:huh:

A lot of the vehicles I see here have tint on the windscreen. Probably cant see much at night.

Part of the problem  is that many cars are surplus that originated from countries where they drive on the other side of the road.

The headlights are aimed the opposite, hence the blinding of oncoming traffic...
