Is there a reason for near Ayala mall? The new Ayala mall opens in the IT park before the end of the year.

Not a  particular reason. My friend will be arriving later this year, he will have about $1500 a month and wants to find an affordable place in Cebu  City close to a large mall.

Tom,  Do you know if this is this going to be as big as the old Ayala Mall?

I dont think it's as big but 5 floors with around 50000 SQM of retail space with cinema and hotel. Takes up a whole city block in the park. Not sure of the size of the main one.

Thats about right, then add power and extras, and at this time of year aircon 24/7 then daily trip to Ayala for food and drinks, not much left out of $1500.

Traffic around Ayala is gridlocked most evenings from 5PM to 7PM.

I agree with Alan $1500 maybe kinda tight.
