Thats good to hear! 

Most visitors to Philippines use to complain about the food they get. You are actually the first foreigner I have heared  of that is going to Philippines because of their foods!!!

I also like the dishes you mentioned, but in general I find that most foods here lack some Spices.

When we were touring Bohol we passed a house that belonged to a retired seaman. The house looked just like an ocean liner.

No I did a search for fairytale  castles in the Philippines and this one popped up, good old google gets you all the information if you are willing to give the time of finding places and finding people too.:whistling:

Thanks! I usually ask for fresh chili since I like my food more on the spicy side.  I’ve even learned how to say “pahingi ng cili po.”
