Hi guys 

These cost about 3600 pesos here in the uk ,paid for in pounds of course 

Ive tried and tested two different types ,the ones that are IP 44 rated cannot handle the rajn ,the type in the photo can ,they are basically solar powered with a battery 

There are three settings ,one where the plight will run from dusk to dawn at 20% power 

Two where it will cone on automatically upoan aproach and stays in untill the person is out of range ,slight difference in timers

The trigger range is 8 meters

Okay... Baston... but I think there are a few more things to that may be added to the "Useful Items?"

Respectfully, Baston:

Compass (yeah.. there will be some necessary training)

Eyeglasses - at least magnifiers?

Short skirts?

There are actually several other versions of power outage light systems...

Is this for security? I expect it would get stolen during the day.

Hmm... Baston... I think there are two items missing for your "useful items," here in Philippines... Maybe they just aren't needed here?

One is condoms! The other is a compass... 

Okay... Lack of control of sexual urges? And the other for lack of control for sense of direction? I will not make further comment regarding L and these things...
