It is all over Facebook but I won't link to Facebook.  The picture will soon be covered up because it is bloody and gory.

Story is the police arrested a 20 year old High School student from Sibulan but they did not have enough evidence to convict so they released him.  A short time later the 20 year old was shot and killed by 2 guys riding tandem on a motorcycle.  One got off and shoved a piece of rebar through his neck.  That is the pic on Facebook.  Gruesome justice in the Philippines.

Hopefully they got their man.  If not, the "real" stabber will think twice before continuing his crime spree.

Just to add to this.  It finally made the mainstream news so I can provide a legitimate link

Maybe OJ can help them look for the "real" stabber. After all OJ is looking for the "real" killers somewhere on the golf courses of America.:shake_80_anim_gif:

NORPPO PRESS RELEASE REGARDING THE DEATH OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT

Around 6:50 in the morning of August 15, 2019, Joshua Philip Melanculico Partosa, 20 yrs old, single, senior high school student and a resident of Purok 5, Brgy. Bolocboloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental.

The Victim was walking beside the road with his younger sister Marie Grace Partosa and brother Julio Partosa going to Boloc-boloc National High School when four (4) motor riding suspects on board two motorcycles appeared coming from the national highway where the back rider of the first motorcycle shot Joshua twice.

The victim ran to the west direction but was followed by the second motorcycle whose back rider shot the victim three (3) consecutive times causing him to fall on the ground.

The back rider of the second motorcycle disembarked and stabbed the victim with a corrugated steel bar right on his neck.

Upon arrival of the responding policemen and One Rescue Unit, the victim was pronounced dead by Dr. Kenneth Coo.

A background investigation was conducted to establish the grounds that will lead to the identity of the suspects who according to the witnesses are wearing black t-shirts and black long sleeves and are medium in build.

The victim (Joshua) was the suspect in a series of stabbing incidents at Dumaguete City where three (3) persons were stabbed in different places in the city last July 20, 2019 as recorded under Blotter Entry #450, #451 and #452. A complaint for “Frustrated Murder” was filed by Mrs. Iolani Villegas Carballo against the suspect Joshua Philip Melanculico Partosa at the City Prosecutor’s Office under NPS Docket Number VII-11-INV-19G-000374 on July 30, 2019.

The manner he was killed suggests outrage and anger that is why the PNP is now looking on possible angles that will lead to the identity of the suspects for the early solution of the case.

PCOL RIZALITO G GAPAS, Acting Provincial Director is giving orders to the Investigator On Case to leave no stone unturned and exert all efforts to solve the case so that justice will be served.
