Arizona Kid Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Not more than 2 hours ago My GF and my son and I were on our way to Cavite City To buy some washtubs that our housekeeper requested. Traffic was slow but not at a standstill. A PNP truck (the ones that are open in the back with bench seats) passed us. 4 cops in uniform in the back. All of a sudden a guy handcuffed behind his back jumped out and tried to run. They got him back fast and traffic resumed.
