By "dry" I mean not usable. It's just a saying. I agree that you will need an expert. But how can you find one is the problem.

I suppose AK, like most things here the best way is to talk to others and see who they used and how it worked out - this is by no means foolproof but better than a pin and the local Yellow Pages maybe!

I was talking to a mate, well actually I was moaning to him about no water, and sometimes no electricity, his reply:-

"You are the one that decided to go and live in a third world country".

I could not argue with that.
