Girl - These sir (she shows me several types, all with icing and sprinkles, and other ick) Me - But I don't want those, I want these two chocolate donuts Girl - Sorry sir, those are not available with the 2 coffees Me - I look at her sternly and say, I want you to sell me 2 chocolate donuts and 2 coffees, OK?
