Mik Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 (edited) A person could legally use medical marijuana there, but when you come back to the Philippines don't try to renew your dirver's license for 3 or 4 weeks. You will fail the urine test at LTO. In some places cannabis is medicine, in other places it is irrationally considered a devil's weed. There is no need to make war on certain plants. God made all the vegetation and he did not make a mistake when he created cannabis. Using marijuana is much safer than alcohol or tobacco (and safer than many of the expensive pills sold by the big pharmaceutical companies). Marijuana is only dangerous because the government will put you in prison for possession. Prison is definitely bad for your health. Adults should be able to choose any medicine to make them feel better and any substance to relax at home with..
