Medical Insurance Advice For U.K. Expat

I copied this from a Facebook group post.  Looks genuine and I thought I would solicit your comments in case someone can help.  I will pass along any advice that is appropriate.

Hi, Good day all... I just want to ask..if anyone here knows any hospitals here in the Philippines, tie up with medical insurance from UK ?? I got a British patient here, I'm his bedside nurse, he badly needs a foot surgery but doesn't have enough fund anymore. He will not die from lung congestions.. Heart problems or hypertensions , But for sure his foot infections will kill him..He got broken toes you know and leading now to Gangrene.Once the infections goes up..His kidney will be the next..... He lives here in Barretto, Im just concern as the wife is in terrible grief now finding ways to save him.Thanks in Advance and God bless us all.
