I was looking at liptons yellow lable today in Save More, 315  peso for 100 tea bags. That's nearly £6 for 100 tea bags. And it's pretty piss pore tea at that.

Don't know what rate you are getting.......

315PHP =

4.75461GBP....  And it's Lipton Yellow label. "Black Tea" we was talking about. stronger than the usual lipton piss.

350 PHP to GBP = 5.28348 British Pounds

Liptons make a black tea, look for International blend. It's just like Pg tips. Good for the heart. I just finished a box of Tetley tea and I could not tell the difference between the two.

I agree! Yellow Label is a good alternative if my favourite 'cuppa' is not available. I know taste is a very personal thing, but I do enjoy a cup of Tetleys, which I can get from Mikes Imported British Goods website.

For me I prefer Twinings Earl Gray.....Each to their own

I like to drink Green tea without milk although a little milk in Black tea is good.

I noticed this for the first time yesterday in a different SM store to the one we normally go to.  That would explain why sometimes my morning cuppa is significantly better than others.  I'll ask the wife to look out for this and pay the extra 50php!
