I was thinking of something a bit more appetizing than describing the round trip as we prepare to feast again?

Start a new one like what goes in must come out , or something like that:shock_40_anim_gif:

Out with the old and in with the new? Or in your case - in with the new and out with the old, and out with the old, and out with old..........🤣

You managed to find brusell spouts in the Philippines or did you grow them yourself?

Can't find any in Dumaguete and most Filipinos have never heard of them.

Wish they would grow them here I love them... especially roasted.

SM Hypermarket in Angeles City. Got a 1kg bag of them last week, frozen (but in the produce section), Tesco brand. Don’t recall the price.

Although not common and seasonal, I’ve also got them in the last fresh at the Colon market in Cebu.

@stevewool I write these comments hoping that you can step farther than 3 meters from any CR...

New Year's dinner:

My sauerbratten (German sweet/sour roast beef), pancit Canton, shrimp in coconut milk sauce, bbq fish and pork, pork afritada, coconut salad, rice, ice cream, lots of San Mig Light beer, red wine and Tanduay... movies to watch.  Lots and lots of good cheer, best wishes too.
