Same here in Los Banos from 5pm onwards motorbikes up and down the road loud exhausts everyhour theres hundreds of them and they are not riding slow ! Karoakee full volume everywhere ! Everything quiet after 4am ! Its now 12.15 pm and the fireworks are starting again and the karoakee !
