Yesterday, our kids school had an outing to Subic Bay airport to visit a flying school.  The school has a quarterly theme for the young ones, and currently it is Transportation.  As part of the airport visit, one of the parent's also brought his race car out and his friend / customer's "Monster truck" out, and gave them a quick talk about cars and trucks.  The kids who joined are 5-7 years old.

The owner of the race car is my mechanic now and his daughter is in my daughter's class.  Whenever I go to his shop I bring my daughter(s) and they have a good playtime with the shop.  He does most of his racing at Clark on weekends.  A lot of expats here are now using his shop because he does quality work with fair prices.  Modern equipment too.

The truck is mainly a show truck.  It can't do heavy duty off-roading, according to the owner.

The kids had a great time with the cars and the flying school!

I never knew that the driver's blood type is next to his name on the car!

Maybe, but according to their website this is what they have:

To date, we have 15 aircrafts ready for flight training: Three Cesna 150, six Cessna 152, three Cesna 172, one Piper Seneca, one Piper Aztec as well as one Beechcraft Baron.

Then that must be the Beechcraft Baron.
