AlwaysRt Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 The only Legal way to get a Tourist Visa Converted to a BB is if, as Az Kid did, you enter the Philippines together and your Passport was mis-stamped. In that case, if you have a good BI Officer, they will get it corrected in Manila for you. If not, then you have to go to Manila Main BI to have it corrected. There are 2 Key points for obtaining a BB Stamp. 1) Married to a Philippine Citizen (possibly former citizen counts also) and 2) You Enter the Philippines Together. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
