more IT help required, I have 2 email accounts on outlook, on both of them I can receive, but not send mail. Have googled, but all the tutorials are for older versions than mine, any help gratefully received.

This is for all versions going back to 2013.  Covers all the bases and what I do with Outlook 365 (2019) with multiple webmail accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, etc):

I would advise to check the account settings, the outgoing server configuration respectively!

What's important here is the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" field. In the screenshot it says 465 which is the communication port that the email-provider (Yahoo in this case) uses.

Also make sure whether your provider requires an encrypted connection and if so, which type (SSL or TSL)?
