Last week I went out each night with a small amount of dried cat food and fed some of the cats in the IT Park. These cats and dogs normally survive on the restaurants etc like scraps on the ground or patrons giving some food but since nothing is open there is nothing to eat.

By now they must be very hungry.  Not sure If I will get into trouble if I go out to feed them. Should I try it or let them starve?

Here in England we are allowed to go out for exercise a run around the local park , I take some bread for the ducks while I am doing this , maybe you could say you are exercising too,

I'd feed them what you can, but I'd be quick and discreet for sure.

Exercise is not in the list of permitted things allowed here.

I see this as a good opportunity to rid many areas of feral cats and dogs.  Stray animals should be rounded up but of course are not.

I suppose cats do actually do something USEFUL...like eat mice and rats, etc.

Stray dogs, well, I class them as VERMIN....to the locals here, as food .

I haven't heard one bark around here for a couple of days now. Hmm.

Are you just feeding the big cats?  I wondered if you were still going out looking for puss. . . . .

If you got out you should be wearing something like this.  It is the outfit worn during medieval plague.  Apparently it worked.  The black plaque eventually went away

There are still dogs barking around here, so I guess the locals aren't too hungry yet?
