Fox News?..Hard to say nowadays which news stalwart organization will give us the info that we need. Might be true, but with fake news who the hell knows?

Yup. I did not quote the source this time, but I read yesterday that there are also indications that the virus might invade the brain from the olfactory sensor area and into the brain stem. This then wreaks havoc with autonomic reflexes such as breathing and heart and organ operations. This aggravates the already messed up lungs filling with fluid from pneumonia.... Ah... but it's just like the flu...right?:89:

There is increasing information that small (but statistically significant) numbers of people are experiencing issues with other organs both during sickness and after recovery.  Also some rather sad information that a small number of children are experiencing serious issues.

There is still a hell of a lot that is not known about this disease but some things are starting to become apparent.

OK anything is possible... but I'm not getting the "breaking news" shock about blood clots...  blood clots are often a concern for many reasons including when anyone is lying in a hospital bed for a period of time... they are possible even when sitting to long on a plane or lying in bed at home.. and there are preventions/medicines available if one is aware of their potential existence.  Are there more with COVID?  Maybe/probably... especially if one has other pre-existing conditions... but it almost sounds like no one noticed until now (???).   In some way this might "good news"...  treat for potential blood clotting.... similar to using the proning technique to improve breathing rather than incubating with ventilators.
