They just announced that we will be on MECQ on the 16th, not GCQ.  Now I have to figure out what that is.

Here is a general idea. More or less keep doing as you were but take a walk.  https://news.mb.com.ph/2020/05/13/8-regions-37-provinces-11-cities-under-mgcq/

We got the details early this morning, for our area.  We are allowed to walk, with pass.

Our chairwoman requested ECQ, but didn't get an answer, so she said we are on MECQ, same as Bataan and Zambales.  Olongapo is on GCQ.

Now someone sent me an article that says that Roque says only Metro Manila, Cebu City and Laguna will be MECQ.  And it is a response to these other provinces asking for ECQ.  What a mess.

Where did you get the details from? I haven't seen anything on the SBMA administrators page, just the letter requesting ECQ and going to MECQ.

Thanks, maybe it's better in MECQ for now, at least the gates will remain closed to all traffic, let Olongapo adjust to GCQ first before they make a rush for the duty free. Unfortunately I'm the only one in the household that falls between 21 and 60, so I guess I will be walking the dog.

Actually, it appears that they took out the 60 limit.  Check it again.  And there is some stupid stuff there that appears to be a typo.  It says that if you are under 21 or in one of the risk groups, you can't go out and anybody living with you can't go out.  Did I read it right?

yes I just edited my post, my wife can walk the dogs now and I can ride my bike but not outside of binictican, which will be a very boring ride since it's so small
