insite Posted July 26, 2020 Posted July 26, 2020 We have the same in our subdivision - Filinvest are the developers - the HOA has been formed since last October but the developer is dragging their heals handing over to the newly formed HOA so it is not clear when that is going to happen - in the meantime we have formed a Magna Carta for our own reference and future use and in the interim we use the other documents refereed to earlier which should be available through the developer. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
