I do agree, but I was being kind of modest RBM as it's my home. Yep, Festival Walk and the surrounding area is on a par with most malls in Hong Kong - the shopping paradise. Times Square excellent for food. Uptown area is good but used to be a bit livelier. Southpoint at SM was excellent but has deteriorated a lot and is mostly empty of restaurants. Esplanade could be improved but it's still nice. Most importantly, safe place and government services probably above average in terms of efficiency.
