House Water:  140P per month

and drinking water. Prices must vary a lot in different areas as 140 a month seems to cheap for a house. For drinking water, the price must be high or you drink a lot assuming there are only two of you?

Looked at the drinking water again and it is only 450P, budget for 1200P.  The water for the house is correct at 140P and budget 200P which includes all the plants, water for the dogs washing machine, cleaning, showers and anything else.

Here in Moalboal our house water bill is 115 peso per month and, like you, we water lawn and plants, do laundry etc.  I think this low rates are why the water pressure and supply are so poor here.  The demand has outstripped supply and the revenue to improve service is not available.   Many of the newer houses have to have water brought in in one meter tanks using trucks.  Not sure how much they pay.  Our drinking water is 35 peso per jug, free delivery for two or more jugs.

Our drinking water is P300 a month and non potable water is free. We have our own well.

Drinking water we get delivered in 5 gallon plastic containers. P25 each.
